Thank you for choosing the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry for your child’s birthday party!

To ensure a fantastic experience, please take note of the following policies:

Guest count limits:

• DooDash Bash - up to 25 guests
• DooDash Bash Plus - 26-40 guests
• Evening Birthday Bash – up to 100 guests
• Please note that if your party attendance exceeds the number of guests allowed, your credit card will be charged for the next-level party.

 

• Adults must be accompanied by a child, and children must always have adult supervision.
• Adults must stay with their child throughout the party; no drop-offs are permitted.
• You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party starts to set up. A dedicated party host will assist you.
• One free parking spot beside the party room is provided for you for 2 hours at 44 John Street.
• You must vacate the space at the end of your party so the next birthday family can use the spot.

Things that cannot be done or brought to your child’s party:

• No open flames, heat sources, or alcohol. We assist with food setup.
• Regrettably, no piñatas may be used due to space constraints.
• We will provide the materials for an art activity, led by our staff, lead your little ones on a scavenger hunt throughout the museum, and kick off the Happy Birthday song at cake time.
• No drugs/alcohol on museum premises and no person who appears to be under the influence of
  drugs/alcohol.
• No threats, violence, or harassment of any kind.

Any violation of the policies above will result in immediate termination of your party, with all guests being asked to leave immediately.

By booking, you agree to adhere to the items stated above. Please acknowledge in your booking that confirm your understanding and acceptance of these policies.
